Not saying he is a part time specialist was responding to your scenario I quoted that we MAY be stuck with two FSs if he is like Jones and it turned out that way. Like I went on to say we would NOT be drafting him unless we think he can cover like a true corner and be worthy of the pick. We wouldn't plan on taking him as a rotational guy. I know you understood that but certain individuals have a way of remembering things a certain way even if not accurate and bringing them up later so I just was trying to be clear with what I meant.

The way I look at it we won't take Ramsay if we don't think he is a shut down type corner. If we are wrong and worst case he is a "jones type" it wouldn't be horrible. I still think we go pass rusher and I think Ramsay will be there at 4 and we pass on him. But I like him and would be happy if we took him.
Absolutely it does. Pass rusher trumps all on defense by quite a bit if the talent is equal, but Question is, who is that guy(s) this year? We may have picked teh wrong year t osuck last year. I like Bosa, but don't expect him to be a HOF. I think the best pass rusher in the draft is Spence. The off the field stuff will make him drop, but I think he has top 5 talent. His own fault he will drop out of the top 10 and probably further.
