Browns signed restricted free agent WR Andrew Hawkins to a four-year offer sheet.
The Bengals will have ten days to decide whether to match the deal and keep Hawkins in Cincinnati. Browns GM Ray Farmer is trying hard to land a receiver to take some heat off Josh Gordon, since Greg Little has been a mammoth bust and Davone Bess was a mental disaster before being released. A creative offensive mind like OC Kyle Shanahan could get Baby Hawk looks out of the backfield and in the slot. It'd be nice to see Hawkins escape Cincinnati.
