Other recent signings not noted in here yet.

Kevin Minter- Bengals (Guy LGM and I pimed out coming out of college)
Sean Spence- Colts
Antwon Blake- Giants
Josh McCown- Jets
Jelani Jenkins- Raiders (Raiders are going after Florida players in recent years :()
Knile Davis- Steelers
Coty Sensabaugh- Steelers
Andre Holmes- Bills
Andre Smith- Bengals (again)
Only one of those that I think are worthy of noting and could actually make impact with new team is McCown because he's a big improvement at qb than what they have now. The rest are basically fill in guys. McGowan could actually start all year. ;)

I never pimed anyone coming out of college, and I have no idea who you are. Leave me alone.
I was sure you said that was what you served time for.

Not sure I fully agree with that... Few of those guys will start, but agree not a lot of major impact players, but is that a surprise nearly two weeks after free agency started?

Kevin Minter will start. Sean Spence could likely start. Colts aren't bringing Walden back. I'd say Spence is penciled in as starter.. Coty Sensabaugh has a chance to start depending on Ross Cockrell who is getting some offers as a restricted FA. He's most likely a resevere though.

Jelani Jenkins is basically a replacement for Malcolm Smith. Guy who can start if needed. Has a lot of speed, but more of a special teams guy.

Knile Davis will be lucky to make the Steelers.

Antwon Blake has started in the past but a reserve in NY.

Andre Smith will surely start in Cincinnati but is average.

Andre Holmes will be a nice 3rd WR for Buffalo.

Bears- Benny Cunningham good luck making that team with 4 RB's on the roster already drafted by Chicago.

Gerald Hodges visiting Seattle.

Sounds like the market was low on Chris Baker because of his work ethic. A lot felt he was a give me the money type of guy. Money motivated. Which is fine if you're motivated by it EVERY year.

What the Broncos like to do is now wait for a date in May in which signings stop counting against the Comp Pick formula. Usually on that day they make another signing or two.

Should of clarified more on " fill in ". Guys that can hold fort / fill in while they fill other glaring holes. Serviceable would of been better term. In other words, don't think any could crack starting spot for Denver either.

There are a couple of guys left in FA that I think can be nice upgrades. I still really like Jonathan Hankins for the NT position. I know we just got 2 big bodies but Hankins is a huge upgrade for the NT.

Zach Brown had a very nice break out season for Buffalo and could be a nice upgrade in the middle of the field for us.

Thinking more about that I wonder if agent is saying that because a deal is in place or been seriously discussed as an in the event Denver does sign Romo...getting Romo which we haven't denied means you can't have what we have and you can't possibly throw a rookie in there... that would be crazy in our division. But if we don't get romo I suppose there is a line of thought that a 34? Yr old Thomas wouldn't be the way to build up our young offensive core... plus might explain why we won't trade a pick for Romo if we already have a deal trading away one or more

Definitely could be. At the same time honestly Bronco fans should be much more worried about the players our RT will face than our LT. The teams we play Mack, Houston, and Bosa mostly line up opposite the RT. Our LT would mostly be going against Bruce Irvin, Tamba Hali, and Melvin Engram. While those 3 are nothing to overlook I worry much more about that right side and the match ups they have.

Still if we do get Romo that means we are pushing our chips for another Super Bowl run and yes getting that superior LT to protect his blindside would be essential. I still live by the idea that a great OL isn't Romo's biggest issue/need. His biggest issue deals more with his needing to play hero. that part is about impossible to coach out of a player this late in their career. I'm sure the Cowboys have tried to do that plenty.

Maybe it is Seimian and a lower round draft pick for Thomas? That would make sense as if we get Romo Seimian becomes expendable and fill a need. Still hoping we roll with our young QBs.

I would be happy if we singed some combination of these guys:
Brown
Hankins
Dunlap
Clady

That isn't the only thing. There is some of it that they like to wait until the date in May where signings don't count against the Comp pick formula. Right now we are predicted to get a 3rd round pick for Okung so don't want to ruin that opportunity.
