No once, the league's action I believe goes more towards a lifetime ban. BTW: I'll not be surprised if in future years there will be some language in the CBA that spells out this punishment. Laying the groundwork for that language now, is actually a good, proactive move.

Not to make light of domestic abuse, but how can a court have this woman be a credible witness when she is already admitting to lying? How will anyone know whatever she is saying is the truth or a lie? Also is she maintaining that whenever someone is guilty of domestic abuse that they should never be allowed to hold another job in their life?

I feel bad for her & want justice & again kick Foster to the curb if he is guilty, but there still appear to be quite a few questions that need to be answered for this whole situation.

So he could have done it. But how the hell does anyone really know? She is an admitted liar multiple times. if there is no witnesses, they can't really convict him unless he admits to beating her. She certainly isn't credible.

Foster may play for us sooner than many think.

i saw the bruises. they looked real. but that alone doesn't mean Foster did it. hell, he probably did, but thats not how our justice system works. the NFL, however, is another matter. he will get suspended. but if not convicted, i don't see a life time ban. maybe 6 games. I hope it starts next week.

Too many unanswered questions so far to reach any kind of reasonable conclusion on what will happen with Foster. I just hope the NFL will take action soon to get this matter resolved ASAP.

Since there is NO video, and this accuser has lied to law enforcement previously, there is no way she is a credible witness. Also, for this person to state directly after the signing, "I cannot believe he was signed by the Redskins", tells me this person is simply out to end his career in football since their relationship is finally over. It is simply this persons word vs Foster.

So it appears she is "out for a score", in all this whether it be to end Foster's career or inherit some money. Almost arrested previously for lying about another domestic abuse case involving a totally different person? Move on...

I agree, this appears to be a he said vs. she said case but there is probably more going on behind the scenes that we are not aware of yet.
