This will be my last post until the season starts.

Ebron has already gotten better through the eyes of the media and his teammates. I'm still willing to bet he performs well and becomes one of the better TE's in the league. I certainly think he'll get going early and will cause some problems for teams. If you're in a fantasy league with me, grab him before I do.

That said, I think the Lions will have a top recieving unit in the league. A more experienced Fuller and a savy veteran in Moore should make them hard to stop.

I bet Lombardi proves his worth also. His QB is said to be the one who knows the offense the best and is much more comfortable in it. Last years blunders will be forgotten.

Love, peace and hair grease, suckas! Get at me. Lol

I'm a hater. I hate to see you bug out. Just because I disagree with your opinion, doesn't mean I don't respect it. After all, you could be right, and I could be wrong. Imagine that.

Ebron has already gotten better through the eyes of the media and his teammates. I'm still willing to bet he performs well and becomes one of the better TE's in the league. I certainly think he'll get going early and will cause some problems for teams.

Let me start by saying -- I'm not here to bash Ebron. I'm just saying take anything done in practice or preseason and temper the expectations. If the preseason and practice meant anything -- Detroit would have never finished 0-16 after going 4-0 in the preseason. Ryan Broyles and Patrick Edwards would give the Lions 4 quality WR's, as they are preseason and practice warriors. The list goes on and on with practice heroes.

So you know I'm not just talking about Ebron or the Lions -- Johnny Manziel went 9-11 for 93 yards and 2 tds in their preseason scrimmage. Every team has these stories, not just Detroit.

When Ebron shows up in real games -- I'll be the first to give him props. I'd love nothing more than to eat crow about him and have him become one of the best TE's in the NFL -- as that means, the Lions are likely playing much better on offense. I still stand by my statement that he won't have any kind of breakout season until he is more than the #3 or #4 option on the offense.

My favorite part about Ebron I've read about the preseason practices, etc. -- The fact he is refusing to take questions from the media and he is asking questions to guys like Calvin Johnson, Golden Tate, Pettigrew -- guys that have been there and done that. I think he has matured and figured out -- no one wants to hear him talk about what he is going to do -- they rather just see him perform on the field.

This is not a result of what's going in their practices, its more like common sense mixed with a little bit of the hype. To me, reality says that Ebron will be a big part of the offense as the team will focus on that more. No team drafts a player that high with no intent of using him.

While Calvin and Tate are the first and second options, Ebron is that third option, which is expected to be better than opponents nicklebacks, safeties and LBs. I'll take that bet right now. The dude is athletic, 6'4, 266 pounds.

Im assuming he's grown into more of a mature player and he knows the offense 10 times better. He also has put in work with his Qb which means a lot. Its not as if he's been sitting around.

Im confident he'll be good.

And before anyone mentions it, he won't be OJB or put up those kind of numbers because thats unrealistic given the situation.

Joe Lombardi better come up with something better than a dink and dunk offense on 3rd and 15... I can just hear him now...

"It's 3rd and long, screen to Joique, he can burn everyone with his Mach -7 speed!"

6'5 250lb, Top Ten draft pick. So much potential. Marries a 5...... I see a mediocre career ahead.
