Do Your Job!
I went to SB 38 and really enjoyed it, without any commercials.Interestingly enough, the only game of the year in which I watch without recording it on the DVR (to avoid the commercials, natch) is the Super Bowl. Not only to watch the game, but the commercials as well. Every year, the most expensive commercial in all of TV is the one that immediately follows the first timeout of the game. For no other reason than to see why a company would lavish such expenses on a 30 second spot is always intriguing to me. But SB aside, I prefer to DVR the games and skip all those annoying commercials. I've gotten so use to doing this over the years that I can't watch it any other way - of course with the SB itself being the exception.
At halftime I got up and got a beer and a dog. That was expensive!
Getting back to my seat I was ked if I saw Janet Jackson.
Did I miss something? Priceless!
