Thin sliced some skirt steak and threw in the fridge in a marinade of mostly hoisen sauce. Did a batch of regular white rice in the rice cooker and threw that in the fridge to dry out too. Gonna whip up a really simple fried rice tonight with just a 1/2 bag of frozen mixed veggies and scrambling an egg quickly. Takes maybe 20 minutes total, and the hardest part was slicing the beef last night.
