I don't trade Cox, he is just beginning to reach his potential.
You trade Shady if you can find a team dumb enough, which is doubtful. And maybe you trade Foles, though I like the kid. I would be inclined to keep him one more year and see if he develops while rebuilding the secondary, inside LB, right guard, etc.
