At least, the official that you can see prominently in the foreground never seems to put his arm up after the hit.

I have been wondering if I have been to unnecessarily harsh on Brendan. Maybe my outlook on his blatant incompetence would infuriate me so if I had no dog in the fight.

With the Wisniewski persecution, obviously I was a little close to it.

When Lucic and/or Tootoo hit Miller, I didn't have much interest other than I have Lindy Ruff in my celebrity death pool and if he dies by aneurysm, I get a set of steak knives.

So this, I figured, would be a good gauge of what I really think of Sherrif Shitforbrains. Two teams I give less than half a shit about, and two players I have barely heard of. I watched the hit. I watched the Infomercial. And after careful consideration, I have this to say:

Shanahan is a fucking retard.

Seriously, 12 for Wiz, NOTHING for Lucic, two for Tootoo. And THREE for that?

I give up even trying to figure it out.

At game pace, it did not seem like "charging". It was a typical squeeze off on the boards like they start teaching in Pee Wee.

And yes, he "left his feet", but in my opinion after contact. He did not "jump" at Nino.

I am not convinced it needed any suspension.
