Nobody is claiming that a team would sign somebody without meeting with them.

But Durant is not meeting with the Bulls.

As for the first part, KD is already getting max offers from the teams he has handpicked to meet with. So why would he need to consider other offers for the same money (or less in comparison to the Warrior offer).

He knows what the Bulls have. If he were interested they would be on his list. But he isn’t because the Bulls suck and you are just way overrating the quality of their roster.
