Hollywood loves to remake classic films from generations past Why, you might ask? Because sometimes they're good, but probably it's more likely because of this shit:
I think it would be cool if we talked about our own films that we think should be remade, and what actors should appear in those films.
I'll start with a couple of mine, and the actors that should play the different motherfuckers in the films. Obviously, I'm including a lot of A-list actors in my remakes; this isn't always feasible, but fuck it.
Also, I'll include my ratings of the original films that I think should be remade, because I love different opinions on different films and diversity and black-white equality and shit.
A Clockwork Orange (1971): 4/5 stars
Alex- Tom Holland
Chinatown (1974): 4/5 stars
J.J. Gittes (Nicholson's character)- Leonardo DiCaprio
Evelyn Mulwray (Faye Dunaway's character)- Emma Stone
The Fly (1986): 4/5 stars
Seth Brundle- Bradley Cooper
Veronica Quaife (Veena Davis' character)- Amy Adams (though she is much older than what Davis was)
What about you guys?
