Well only Winston and the accuser know what happened in the bedroom. From her own statement the "Small Guy" which is Darby did not look into the room or try to go into the bedroom. So I am not sure how they can charge him with misconduct. Except to cover their ass I guess. Who knows. If he gets expelled it will suck for him.

I personally think all 3 will be made an example of and expelled because the Feds are looking into it now. And we all know that the federal money is huge for research universities.

If so life goes on. Other players will just have to step up and play. Those 3 if expelled will have to find a way to do something else or go to another school I guess.

My thoughts on this haven't changed and maybe some justice might come out of this after all.

And by justice I mean allowing it to go to court.

Go to court? Winston will not be going to court and neither will Casher for the videotaping because as the SA said yesterday the has to have the video. They do not have it. Only court will be a civil suit by the accuser and what does that do?

Do need to correct one thing from the OP. They are not investigating the Winston case by itself. According to the DOE they are investigating all sexual assault complaints at FSU the last 18 months. FSU has stated this as well. Sports talk will make it about Winston, but that is not the sole reason for the investigation.
