Hunt leaves indy without a deal, wonder if he has unreal contact expectations or unreal playing time expectations
Probably. RBs in today’s market are having a hard time with how devalued RBs have become, seems like it (devalued ) has accelerated.Hunt leaves indy without a deal, wonder if he has unreal contact expectations or unreal playing time expectations
Every non-signing hurts their market. No urgency from teams.Probably. RBs in today’s market are having a hard time with how devalued RBs have become, seems like it (devalued ) has accelerated.
idk... problem is there are the good teams, and then there are the bad teams... I don't see the bad teams, who are content to being bad, paying for these RBs...There will be. This is the strangest year for RBs I've ever seen.
Jonathan Taylor and more are screwedEvery non-signing hurts their market. No urgency from teams.
My bet is that he (or his agent) thought both of those teams were backed into a corner because of Kamara's suspension and Taylor's holdout and he thought he could leverage them for a lot more money and they would cave. And that worked out really well for him in both cases.Hunt leaves indy without a deal, wonder if he has unreal contact expectations or unreal playing time expectations
To a point...but the closer these teams get to real games, and not having reliable producers, reliable last line of defenses for thier 20-45 million dollar QB's, the more urgent they'll be, and the more loose those purse strings will become. RB's playing this smart by not settling for the pittitances they're being offered. Long as they hold together they'll get what they deserve, or at least closer to it.Every non-signing hurts their market. No urgency from teams.
These RBs want to miss camp too. Kareem making the rounds.
Free agent RB Kareem Hunt is visiting the Vikings.
Hunt visited with the Saints earlier this week and was expected to sign. However, the Colts called him up as he was headed to New Orleans to schedule a visit of their own. He left both cities without a contract and now has another suitor in the Vikings. Multiple beat reporters have noted that the backups in Minnesota have left a lot to be desired and Kene Nwangwu is currently sidelined with an injury. Should Hunt join the mix in Minnesota, he would be a good bet to earn the No. 2 role behind Alexander Mattison.
As a Lions fan, I hate this.Kareem making the rounds.

I'd agree...very realistic that Hunt would be the starter if he ends up thereHunt would leave Mattison where he’s comfortable being … as the no. 2.
150 points for a RB on the Browns not named Chubb last year? Impressive in my book. A lesser back wouldn't have seen the field at allHunt barely had 150 fantasy points last year. I think this is a classic case of he thinks he's better than he is. Not on my radar.
