Nobody should sign a guy just for the playoffs unless you just had a devastating injury or he played with you previously.

Don't you remember last year the Rams signed Weddle out of retirement after the regular season was over and he played like every snap in the post-season, called the defensive signals in the Super Bowl and then promptly retired again after winning the Super Bowl? They certainly talked about it enough during the pre-pre-pre-pre-pre game shows.

Uproar for virtually any word is out of hand. I yearn for the days of 'sticks and stones'.

I ain't saying its right to use certain terms, it isn't, but get a grip on the reactions, especially when given context. It isn't hard to tell when someone has genuine hurtful intentions behind their words and when they dont.
