• The Eagles are "finalizing" a trade that will send DeMarco Murray to the Titans when the NFL's new league year opens Wednesday afternoon.
• The Tampa Tribune reports free agent Lamar Miller "is expected to be a target of the Bucs" if they lose Doug Martin in free agency.
• According to ESPN Packers reporter Rob Demovsky, "word is" Julius Peppers has been trying to "recruit" free agent Matt Forte to Green Bay.

Man, hard times for DeMarco. Remains to be seen how he does with the Titans, but my initial reaction is...yikes.

Sad to hear, he was one of the greatest and will be remembered as such. Must be awful for a great player like him to wait in futility for their team to become a Super Bowl contender while getting older & older and nothing happens. The story of Cleveland and Detroit, two of the NFL's oldest franchises squandering season after season... Excellent players here and there... Fans hopes and patience year after year in a never ending journey to nowhere.

Always a shame to waste a good career, watched it firsthand in STL with SJax.
I remember thinking, why don't they just throw the ball to Megatron every play?
Then all of the hits started piling up these last few seasons.
Don't blame the guy for 1 second, I'd like to walk without a cane in my retirement as well.
