my minds been made up. im still trying to figure some of the other comments out
It likely changes game to game. This is gonna be some seriously crazy stuff. They didn't sign Coleman and pony up the dough for McKinnon to have them sit on the bench. The '9ers are number 1 on my "most interesting team to watch" list.
MATT BREIDA RB, SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS
NBC Sports' Matt Maiocco believes one of Tevin Coleman, Jerick McKinnon, or Matt Breida will be a healthy scratch in the regular season.
This is just a numbers game. Maiocco said it's "difficult to envision" the 49ers keeping four backs active, and specialists Kyle Juszczyk (full back) and Raheem Mostert (special teams) will likely take two of those spots. As it stands, Coleman is the "odds-on favorite to be the closest thing the 49ers have to a lead back," meaning training camp and preseason reps will be paramount for McKinnon and Breida.

Breida is practically free, Coleman is a good value, probably best to wait a year to cut McKinney
That is a crazy-ass contract for McKinnon. If they can't trade him, or use him, and end up cutting him, it will go down as one of the more boneheaded signings in NFL history.
So, preseason, game 1...is that longer than it took last year, or shorter??At least run him out there to get injured again
The one guy who brings something different to the table than the other five.SF can save almost $6 mill if they get rid of the fullback Juszczyk.
Then they can keep all of their RB.
Had to check, 49ers only have 12 mil in cap space next year. Wow, not sure how that happened.SF can save almost $6 mill if they get rid of the fullback Juszczyk.
Then they can keep all of their RB.
They can cut mckinnon now that they have Coleman. Basically the same soft back that can make some plays in the passing game. Coleman is a better rusher. This is gonna be some seriously crazy stuff. NFL: Tyreek Hill facing 'maximum' ban of 4 games?
An anonymous Chiefs official believes any Tyreek Hill suspension would be a "maximum" of four games.
Hill had an eight-hour meeting with league investigators on Wednesday. Per "multiple sources with knowledge of the situation," the meeting was considered "a successful one for Hill as he provided the NFL a massive amount of evidence to support his testimony." Per The Athletic's Nate Taylor, Hill is fully expected to join the Chiefs for the beginning of training camp next month.
Cant blame ya, at that time, the consensus was a year minimum, maybe banned for life. Where I own Hill, I decided early on just to wait it out. If he was proven to have done it, regardless of suspension length, I'd cut his ass. If he didn't, no way I'm getting decent value at the time so why bother. Glad I decided to wait it outhad an offer to acquire Hill for Sony Michel, straight up after the Chiefs banned him from their facilities.
turned it down....dammit!
