I think this as close to a perfect draft as I can get without trading:

30 WR JORDAN MATTHEWS VANDERBILT

56 CB BRADLEY ROBYOHIO STATE

61 S DEONE BUCANNON WASHINGTON STATE

77 CB STANLEY JEAN- BAPTISTE NEBRASKA

94 WR DONTE MONCRIEF MISSISSIPPI

125 C MARCUS MARTIN USC

158 QB LOGAN THOMAS VIRGINA TECH

189 DE JEOFFREY PAGAN ALABAMA

219 CB AARON COLVIN OKLAHOMA

220 RB TYLER GAFFNEY STANFORD

222 DT SHAMAR STEPHEN UCONN

After round 4 I would have been trying to trade for picks next year. Everyone I wanted I got and didnt know which way to go. I was shocked.

WR and Secondary set. Depth at RB, DT, and DE. Back up project QB for Harbaugh to work his magic on. Best Center in the draft who can start allowing if needed Kilgore to move to G. First round talent in the 7th round who can redshirt and be a all pro when healthy.

I like your draft but in the finally 2 picks I want Dri Archer. Time for LMJ to find a new home address.

Looks like most people want a shot at Logan Thomas. I tend to agree.

You win the Simulator game Supreme. That draft would literally be dangerous to my health because I'd think I were dreaming & try to fly off of something.

Thanks Sick and glad to see you back in your old duds :suds:

Sick is right, DAMN!:omg:

Thanks JP I went with BPA I kind of risked that Bryant & Moncrief would be there in the 3rd. I felt that Tuitt and Easley (when he gets healthy) plus the incumbents would give us the most dangerous & feared Dline in the NFL and I don't think it would be close. Plus in a couple years our starting Dline would be Tank, Tuitt, & Easley all on rookie deals!

Verrett was another tough decision since I do like his game and tape but his is so small and I think the small CBs are going the way of the "box" Safety. But bare minimum he starts at Nickle and in this new NFL I'm ok with that.

I do like Desir alot in that Richard Sherman mode and to get him in the 5th was crazy and if he doesn't work out at CB we can switch him to S so win/win IMO. Small school and the competition he faced makes me a little bit nervous but in the 5th roll the dice right?

Everyone should select Colvin in the 7th it really should be a prerequisite for this site. Let the kid heal a year ala Tank & Lattimore and get a 1st round pick for a 7th in 2015.

Logan Thomas I like his athleticism and since Harbaugh is a "QB Guru" let him clean up the kids mechanics, footwork and see if that will improve his accuracy.

The other guys were fillers except Archer and he is just a straight speed guy that I know nothing about except what he did at the combine.

All in all if the draft played out this way I really really really would be happy with the decision to keep Baalke over Harbaugh.

Rhoji I don't think Lee fits our scheme. He reminds me of a rich man's Manningham but I really like the Richardson and Henderson picks especially where they were drafted.

Not too bad. I would have liked to get Calvin Pryor or another Safety, but I chose Gilbert over him. I wasn't able to snag a WR until later either, but Landry late in the 3rd round wasn't bad.

I think a rich man's MM would definitely help our team in the long run.

I just looked at your draft, and I've got to say that's my favorite. Forget my draft, I want yours to happen. At the end, I would use a 7th on Colt Lyerla. He's literally no risk, because we could cut him with ease if he's not on board. But if he's on board, then holy shit that could be a steal.

On most teams a rich man's Manningham would be a improvement but on the 49ers we need either a big physical WR that won't take shit from no one or a burner and Manningham or Lee aren't those types of WRs IMO. Now Lee in the 2nd and Benjamin in the 1st now that would work!

Thanks yea I would love for the draft to fall this way I would be real excited about the players we got on both sides of the ball.

IMO I would have got Pryor. I think he is becoming my draft crush. I just love the thought of Reid and Pryor both patrolling the back-end of the defense.
