Any halfway mediocre staff would have this team at 3-2 or 2-3 worst case .

That’s exactly what I was thinking when the Seahawks defense nearly let Kirk Cousins lead a 4th quarter comeback last night. Figured Carrol would be in the phone with Quinn right after the game. The defense was lucky Wilson is awesome and bailed them out.

He's probably thinking about it but he won't pull the trigger until after the season. If they were say 2-3 losing to the Vikes than I would lean towards yes Norton out Quinn in.

This is the most likely change I can see with the Hawks defense. No one is going to fire a coordinator on a 5-0 team, but adding an advisor could help.

Ultimately the GM hire is more important. We need a better defensive roster . We've got like 2 guys on D that would start for most other NFL teams . 2. That just doesn't cut it

He’s an upgrade over Norton ... And we need that upgrade, desperately, because we have something special brewing right now, but it’s gonna blow up if we ignore the Elephant in the room... I’d take him as a consultant or anything right now because I’m confident he’ll end up as our D coordinator again .... Just get him on the horn...
