Lets talk about something other than deflate-gate. What does everybody think about the new extra point changes the owners are voting on today? I think moving the two point conversion will change the extra point dramatically since it will make it statistically more likely to make a 2 point conversion. I'm guessing that one will pass since the nfl wants to make the two point play more prominent and exciting.

The only change I would make is to have defenses be able to return the ball for points.

Makes zero sense to have a play as exciting as a turnover or a blocked kicked stopped as soon as it happens.

I like proposal 14A. Why shouldn't defenses be allowed to score points when cause turnovers? I always hated that, especially playing madden, when the guy makes a pick and has an open path to his own end zone. It would definitely alter some of the stratedy and make teams think twice about instantly going for the two, which you know some, especially ones without that great of kickers, are going to try and do.

Or why not put the ball at the 5 yard line, 3 points for a conversion, 1 point for a kick? 3 points as half of a TD with 5 yards being half of a full 10 yards (nice symmetry there) with the 150% longer kick changing the probabilities of it.
