I stopped looking after I found Notre Dame in the list, the teams that have under performed are USC and Miami based on the talent they have had. I will say I didn't see Michigan on the list before Notre Dame.

Yes, I know. They’ve recruited in the same ballpark as Alabama the past 4 years and have 1 CFP appearance and a 31-0 loss to show for it.

I will say, they are one of the best teams outside the elite 3-4 teams though.
