Yeah, loved the Hextall/Snow days after Hexy's return. Not sure how Shawn Antoski didn't make the bottom 5 list...

After he knocked out Rupp vs the Rags 2 years ago i say no way just for that fight alone.

Did not open up to read but from my experiencing of watching and reading about our past
goons I would put Dave Brown at 1 and it's not even debatable folks. Dave " Shultz" is probably 1 or 2 would be my guess. Dave Brown was my favorite enforcer of all time. Never lost a fight that I can remember as a Flyer. He had some nice fights vs a for
Islander by the name of Mick Vokota. These two always seemed to tango. Just my opinion.

I know he only played a few seasons with the flyers but why isn't Carcillo on the list???

Behn Wilson, DB and Shultz were my top 3. Wilson was a sick fighter. Lindros could throw them pretty good. Shultz v. O'Reilly were classics and DB would fight anyone. Homer was pretty good as well.

you are gonna open up a can of worms with this haha. i hate hearing that that was the reason for their comeback, because i am sorry it was not. should carcillo have fought? no, but if i watch my teammate get his ass kicked that is not gonna motivate a team to start scoring. the pens got a couple favorable bounces and then took the momentum to win the game.

This certainly looks like a reason for a comeback hahahahahahahah!!

I personally think this is what sparked the comeback Fedotenko scores - all hell breaks loose - Flyers vs Penguins Game 6 - YouTube but props to Max, he knew that the game wasn't over, something that Carcillo forgot.

since you don't think talbot sparked the comeback, you're allowed to stay.

IMO it was crosby's lucky bounce that started the comeback.

I think they came back because our defense sucked. I was there and still remember how sick that game made me feel. Thanks for bringing up old memories!

I will say this, although I don't think Max's fight with Carcillo sparked the comeback, I do think it was a wakeup call to the team. A symbol to rally around. Flyers are lucky to have him now. He's one of those guys that's great to have in the locker room & a great guy to have on the ice when the pressure is on. Really wish he was still a Penguin but I will always be a Max Talbot fan, even if he plays for the Flyers.

BTW, sorry for derailing this thread. Didn't mean to make this about Max, I just instinctively think of "the shhh" whenever someone brings up Carcillo.
