again. you are comparing a guy who played half his career in the 70's under pre 1978 rules to a guy that couldnt complete 60% of his passes in an era where QB's are protected an DB's cant play defense, where below 60% is considered tim tebow like.And managed to end up with half of Eli's yardage. He's closer to Tebow numbers.
I get it, they didn't throw well. Defenses were slower, smaller and Plunkett had plenty of chances to get in the hall if he was worth the hall.
