He's been crying about the Battier play since thursday and continued to cry about it today....I think you got your point across the first time you commented on the Battier play thursday morning.

WAHHHHHH!! Battier's a dirty player! WAHHHHHH!

I will defend him for once - Yeah, the guy is a dirty player, a lot of his fouls are -- But, as I have said before, it is truly not his fault. The guy is not a good defender to begin with. His inability to defend is maximized by how the coaching staff uses him against bigger, stronger, better players than him and playing him as much as they do.

If his role was limited which is what he has earned at this point, his efforts would actually seem like a lot... But, the guy plays far too much, used wrong, and does very little.

Sadly, this coaching staff is stubborn so he will probably continue to be used far too much and in the wrong way.

That is good for me, though - It gives me more to rant about.

Just wet behind the ears. Give him about 5 years and he will be a dominant player in the NBA.

this is already his 5th season. he will be 27 this year....you want us to wait till this guy is 31 or 32 before he reaches his potential?

Shane Battier already in the game... Zero adjustments made in this regard... The inexplicable man crush between Shane and the coaching staff lives on

Slow, lackluster start for the Heat yet again... It has become foolish to think they will ever change that about them... This is who they are... A team that takes every opponent for granted.

These guys just will not learn from their mistakes. If they make the finals, the hope should be there isnt much of a rest in between games because they just wont do anything with the extra time as has shown so many times... too many times.

It wont change at this point, but the problem is - Spo not only goes to the bench too early but he also subs too many guys at one time. He neds to stick with the main guys longer - And, when he does go to the bench it should be a guy or two at a time... Particularly Allen, and Birdman

Well, you'd better hope he doesn't reach it within the next hour or so!

Once again good to see the refs pull the trigger quickly for technicals -- on both ends... Thats how it should be. Teams must adjust

UD should really be insulted by the treatment by this team after all he has done for them... It does not matter if he is no longer the player he once was - He still contributes by doing the little things , which few on this team are willing to do. It has to be insulting and discouraging for him to be a starter but play limited minutes as if he were a reserve in place of a useless scrub like Shane who does nothing but hurt the team.

Bosh gets called for the cheapest fouls.

Both of his fouls tonight should've been no calls. He did absolutely nothing wrong on either play

I like him.. but to me as an impartial observer... he never seems to live up to the skill set he has. he seems to soft. as big and as strong as he is he should be much more dominant.
