I guess it would not be the Pacers if they didn’t get dirty at some point

Not surprising that Hibbert's the only player to not shake hands. Classless guy!

If Miami could play like this consistently, they could sweep every team... great game tonight all around.. still not happy with Bosh at 9pts.. but he rebounded better and played some D. he just needs to get his shot going by taking it to the rim more.

It is worth repeating that Shane did not see a single minute of game time, not even garbagge time - The only player not to play - And we won with ease even after a sloppy start... This is the winning formula... Hopefully has it figured out now.

it's about matchups.. and he just doesn't matchup well in with hibbert. I think he will play much much better next round. not that he could really play worse.

Classless and still lacks maturity as a player and person

Bosh played amazingly against San Antonio this year and matches up well against Duncan. Tim is obviously the better player, but after guarding West and Hibbert, Bosh should have a much better time guarding Duncan.

Not to beat a dead horse, and I would rather see Miler get minutes, but he missed 3 wide open 3's when he first entered the game.

Turnup just put him on your ignore list, dude can't get over his lover's quarrel with Shane. Time to focus on the Spurs.

I dont need nor use an ignore list.
I have no problem skipping posts or just not responding to them.

My opinion is he is a bit over the top with his Battier hate, but I believe that he believes it.

With reserves, it's always hit or miss who is going to make shots.
Last year Battier came up huge.
Hindsight is 20/20.
I want all Heat players to succeed.
Spoelstra and Riley know these players inside and out.
You just have to live with the results of his/their decisions.

You're certainly entitled to do as you please. Everyone else on this board has lost their last nerve with the pidgeon. But the points you've listed reflect the beliefs and opinions of all Heat fans, except for one person. Battier will get burn next series. This was just a series he wasn't meant to be in. I believe he'll be a critical need in the Finals again.

Probably in garbagge time which is the only time he deserves to play.

This was just a series he wasn't meant to be in.

That is a good excuse, but cheap excuse to make for the scrub - He has sucked in every series thus far
I believe he'll be a critical need in the Finals again.

As I mentioned, he has sucked in every series, gotten worse as time has gone on - As the games get bigger, he gets worse because he just isn’t good enough for the stage we are currently in or were just in with the Pacers - He will continue to be irrelevant to the team and hopefully is left to continue to rot on the bench where he belongs. Another title will be won where he was just along for the ride and useless while at it. A completely useless scrub is about to get another ring and have had little to do with earning it.

I agree too. Pacers are a really bad matchup for Battier. Really bad. Miller doesnt always draw the same defensive assignments as Battier when he is in the game. Which is the right call.. but Battier on west on hibbert as happened last series is unfair to shane. Both are to big and to strong for him to handle, and it showed. I think he matches up better with the Spurs, I believe the Heat match up better with the spurs than the Pacers. Say what you will though, the way Miller played in games 6 and 7, he should be getting Battier's minutes right now. He may have missed 3 3's but the dude did get 3 steals in 17 minutes. 3 personal fouls too. but hey, the more weapons and guys we have coming off the bench who can contribute is a great problem to have.

This is coming from the guy who has claimed that last year Shane did such a great job on Hibbert and his matchups vs the Thunder... Now he is calling it unfair... Fucking joke this guy.
