The 2nd half one not so much

Come on dad, many NFL teams lead big at halftime and end up losing the game. You're too smart to say "the first half skins team can compete with most teams" when you know that NFL games also include a second half. And, you're also too smart to keep saying "we can compete for a playoff spot".

what that means is for the full 60 minutes

no one and i mean no one on this board had us beating the eagles ,on the road , game one , so where are we ?

we start out 2 -3 and we have a shot . nothing happened out there today that makes me take anything i said back .

we can compete for a playoff spot , we did last season with 4 freaking qbs

i believe our team is better this year and one game wont change my mind

now we come out 1-4 or 0-5 then that will change my stance but not now in week one

we can only pray nothing is wrong with him or his family which could be the case

the others who have left come to the board all the time but dont comment

once they get over their issues maybe they will come back . . but as it stands the people here posting are cool and life goes on

I followed the game via ESPNs gamecast and what a let down. You have to close games. Our defense was an abomination in the second half. Fuck our DC Mansucky. And maybe we should have kept Petersen active. Didnt he break a 90 plus yard run against the Eagles last year? Guice under 2 yards a carry. . .disgusting. Gruden learn how to light a fire under your players asses! Fucking bullshit

As soon as Philly drove it down our throats on the opening drive of the 3rd qtr. I knew we where in trouble. Gruden gets out coached 90% of the time when it comes to making in game adjustments. You have to win these type of games.
