Had to pass on that offer.
Had to pass on that offer.
@Chef99 another blockbuster!!!!
Tough day when trading away your favriote player who you dreamed of holding onto til retirement... But hey when you gotta go,you gotta go
Soggy gets: Todd Gurley, Allen Robinson, Curtis Samuel, Ram's 1st
Rammy gets: Sony Michel, AJ Green, Tyler Lockett, Foot's 1st
Fascinating trade. Surprised Carson wasn't the Rb going to Ram, but perhaps Ram doesn't care for him. Also if Ram is trading Gurley who was on his roster for life, it is time to get nervous about Gurley, but then Michel has his injury concerns as well.
Well done guys

I don't know what it is.. but my six sense is telling me that Penny overtakes Carson for the starting role sometime this year. Carson always seems hurt as well
Sent you a offer. I get trade fever every time I see a great trade.I don't know what it is.. but my six sense is telling me that Penny overtakes Carson for the starting role sometime this year. Carson always seems hurt as well

Interesting arthritis is a concern for one but not the other....
Sounds familiar some how....Lol, we'll see. I always enjoy this time of year and then kick myself in the ass after the season starts.
well Cheff. I'll often say, "I wouldn't have done that", and usually that means I thought it was a bad deal and I wouldn't have done it.It was, for me. After you mentioned the bone-on-bone thing with Michel, I did some research and became convinced enough that a Gurley/Michel swap wasn't such a bad idea. That, along with BB drafting a RB was good for me.
My caveat? Rammy knows what the hell he is doing. For him, deciding to deal Gurley is huge, not to mention he got Foot's 1st rounder in the deal.
On the other hand, it wasn't so long ago that Allen Robinson was considered an elite WR, and I think Curtis Samuel is on the rise, especially under our ol' buddy Norv Turner's tutelage. 'Course, that depends a lot on Cam.

But sometimes, when I say I wouldn't have done it, its because I wouldn't have had the stones to do it. That's definitely the case here. I think it took huevos supreme to pay a big price tag for Gurley. Kudos to you, cuz, I couldn't have.
And what's even cooler, is that if it doesn't work out, you'll still have the stainless steel balls to pony up and take that risk again next year or even next week.
