thought we HAD to start legal rosters

I could be wrong, but I don't think we have any rules about it in this league.

@TREFF - I've done a search and couldn't find the discussion on this - other than as related to the draft (though it sure seems we did) especially with the uproar generated last yr - we did add the IR spots to help people compensate. ....

its my understanding both D1 & D2 were to use the same "demerit" system.
I think in @The Foot 's case, something's going on, multiple leagues now where he's fielded teams with holes. We may want to dig into why with him before it becomes worse than it is

I think the only thing that was ever determined was that you had to have a starter in each roster spot, but it was okay if that player was on bye or inactive. I know last year with Micro in looking back, he was just putting everybody on his bench and only starting like two or three guys.

Regular league has progressive penalty system
D1 nothing
D2 part of tiebreaker system
