No he didn't. . but his usage in preseason week 1, doesn't exactly bode well. Guys who are expected to be leaned on, especially those recovering from injures, generally aren't played much. Could be a showcase for a trade though

LOL That's my luck.

I once traded my backup QB for a RB and two WArs only to see all three suffer season ending injuries in the next two weeks.

I wouldn't beat yourself up over it. While Matthews will definitely be better than being buried on the depth chart in Philly, I still don't see him as being much more than a borderline flex/WR3 in non-ppr. He has a high floor, but a very low ceiling because he just doesn't catch deep balls or touchdowns. If getting 6 or 7 points consistently each week is what you were looking for out of a wide receiver, then by all means go ahead and be sad, but that's all I see him doing.

I totally agree, but like you said, the Buffalo #1 might not be great, but better than the Philly 3/4/5

He was wasted on my team, because I have 4 WRs in front of him. I have been trying to trade him to get younger, so I got what I wanted. Him being traded to Buffalo just means IMO that Treff got the better of that deal.

Wasn't enough to really form much of an opinion yet, but looked better than Hill... and Fournette ;)
i thought fournette looked good, hit the holse hard, and had some nice yards after contact, im not upset about fournette at all

I'll say this much, as far as rookie RB's go, of those I've watched (gawd i love the DVR) Fournette, Mixon, Hunt, Kamara, and Joe williams.. the one whose stood out the most, albeit against 2nd and 3rd team D's, was easily Williams. Still waiting to actually see McAffrey, Cook and most the others. . but they'll be watched by end of the weekend!

I'm sure someone (who is normally a hard-nosed, respected member of this league) totally regrets taking that Tampa kicker so early...so I won't mention that someone's name.

I will, however...:pound::pound::pound::pound::pound:
