Yup. However if either Rawls or Martin would of performed, Bell would still be on my roster, but that didn't work out and I traded you my draft so a bold move was needed.

Let me give you a sales pitch.

Bell is super, but he's a high risk. Seems to find a way to miss games every year. Seems like a injury risk, and let's not forget the sword hanging over him if he can't stay off the weed. Amazing how some can't lay off the weed. Also have you heard the rumors that he's going to hold out? Then there's the question if he going to be a Steeler long term. Wonder how he would do playing for some team with boatload of cap space because they suck.

What I offered spreads the risk . Your no longer screwed if one player is unavailable, because you got options.

Guess I was full of shit when I said I was sitting on the sidelines until the season started. Color me surprised you accepted that rookie RB. He has got high potential, but kind of a bad situation, but things change quick. Couple of OL that work out and he's in business. The QB situation though isn't promising.

I certainly have my doubts about him, as i do with all the rookie RB's not named Joe Williams, but in my mind, it needed to be done.

Think he got nervous for all the reasons I listed in my sales pitch. Those are real concerns. However I don't mind risk. Bell pretty much drug me to the playoffs last year by himself, so I'm game for another run.

They were, but at the time my other RBs were Rawls and Martin and literally had only low draft picks, things have changed for me. Probably the changes keep happening.
