Yeah no trades are allowed with future picks unless you pay for it. So offers can have it in their attached message, and then we can just keep track of it here.

Lol. I didn't mean it that way. Was just saying we can already do it. No need for a vote. I wouldn't even expect one if we couldn't do it. Future pick trading should be a must in dynasty leagues.
