The Steelers averaged 127 yards rushing per game last year, that's 11th in the league. If you consider "great" to be "elite" or top 3, that's not how I meant it. I meant as in extremely serviceable,.. And in that manner it's true.

Combining an "extremely servicieable" running game with an elite defense gets you in the playoffs every year pretty much, and the Steelers do make the playoffs every year pretty much. I think Rodgers has more upside than Russ did.

I have the Steelers winning 10+ games and possibly finally getting past the first round of the playoffs this year.
They lost 50% of last years output, can't think they will be as good in 2025

Can't wait for the Packers/Steelers game.

:wank:
I hate to tell you this, but the Steelers will probably win that game. Two scenarios favor the Steelers. The Packers will be going to Arizona the week prior, and the Steelers will have extra rest from playing in Cincinnati.

If comparing the Rodgers to Fields as a good deal, then maybe but in general the Rodgers deal is not.
Granted Fields got overpaid from the Jets.
