Dodgers vs Red Sox Series Thread

I hate how the back end of our rotation is going this series but the Red Sox has been struggling. Ideally I would want 2 out of 3. Soon I will find the pitching matchups for this series and post it. GO Dodgers!

Sunday 5:00pm: Jake Peavy (9-5 ERA 4.25 Vs Chris Capuano (4-6 ERA 4.70)

Ortiz does DH more often than he plays the field, but that's largely because we have good
defense at every position, especially Pedroia at 2B.

Ortiz can play decent 1B but we don't need him to do that very often.

We haven't really turned it around. If we hadn't had our worst manager since Don Zimmer
back in the '70s we would have won at least 85 games last year even with the injuries.

So help me Dodger fans should hope Not-My-Valentine gets the Giants job, and vice-versa.
And Yankee fans must be wishing he was still MIS-managing my team!

Excellent start by Nolasco and easily h is best start as a Dodger by far!The pen had a chance to rest for the most part and we have Ryu going tomorrow.Hopefully he can go deep in the game as well so we have our pen ready for crapuano on Sunday. Go Dodgers!
