Curveball is not breaking for much. Relying on fastball/slider but when location is off free swingers like the Cubs can sit on fastball a bit. His curve can really throw timing off. He's don't have that luxury today.

Kershaw's first slider was horrible, almost a wild pitch. Comes right back with it on the next pitch and throws it perfectly, striking out the batter and ending the inning. Sums up Kershaw's will even when his stuff isn't perfect.
