I am not privy to how unions work: Is there a scenaro where ANYBODY from the players side (not currently in the meetings) can call for access to the details of 'what is currently on the table', & then demand a vote on it?

@TSNBobMcKenzie: I know PA doesn't like 10 yr CBA - 8 if opt out exercised - but I personally think long term may be only "hook" to try to win back fans.

It's very easy for me to say this, but based on the numbers I've seen, both sides would be very foolish to not get a deal done at this point.
