Romo is simply a fucknuts he'll put up all kinds of stats when it doesn't count but when it does INT or fumble. He's a loser.....sorry if I offend anyone.

I didn't realize Tony Romo played on defense.

You can't put all of this on Romo. The Cowboys defense has been in trouble for most, if not all year. I'm actually beginning to feel sorry for the Cowboys at this point.

I don't. I guess I do feel some sympathy for the fans because they are powerless to do anything. But very little because they still subsidize Jerrah's antics and you don't see scenes at the Cowboys stadium like at FedEx field last week. The stadium is always full.

But for all the coaches, players who stick around past rookie contracts, and everyone who works for Jerrah just to collect a paycheck while he screws everything up, I feel 0 sympathy. It's well advertised what the organization is about. Jerrah is just another version of Al Davis. Only he's willing to spend a little more than Crazy Al could with a team based in Oakland.

This. It's like at half they decided they had it in the bag and wanted to keep Dez extra happy so they just planned to keep gunning it.

Flynn wins at Dallas, something Favre and Rodgers haven't done.

To be fair to Rodgers, the only game he has ever started in Dallas was the Super Bowl. He came in for an injured Favre in 07 and almost led a comeback win but has never started against Dallas in their house.

but not in December and proof right there that stats are meaningless by themselves. His stats say he's top 10 but he really isn't even close to that. Probably be a stretch to crack top50 all-time.

Exactly. If the season ended on Thanksgiving he would be a lock for the HOF. After that - not so much.

Sunday was the 7th time Romo has thrown a pick in the 4th qt or OT with his team tied or leading by one possession. Since he starter in 2006 that's twice as many as any other QB in the NFL.

WHAT A JOKE!! :laugh3:

Ask Jason Garrett - he was the genius who approved the 2nd half game plan. I am tired of folks blaming Romo for things beyond his control. Boys, the fact of the matter is that It was an idiotic to choose not to run & it cost Dallas the game.. It is high time for Jason G to man-up & tell the assembled reporters "Guys, that loss was my responsibility, and no one else's." If Jason does this, I will gain a modicum of respect for the man

I disagree.

The fact that a pass play is called has nothing to do with where the QB throws the ball.

Those 2 INT's....if Romo just throws them into the stands, they win.

Why don't the Cowboys pick up TEBOW? who has proven he plays better late in the 4th quarter. Just let Romo play the first 3. :laugh3:

Garrett said in the press conference after the game that Romo called an audible out of the run play on that 4th quarter interception. If that is the case doesn't sound awfully like Romo only cares about personal stats and is selfish?

eh, not necessarily. he may have just been too over-confident in his abilities at that point, which is stupid but not necessarily selfish.

it's pretty clear that he did audible and both INT's were poor decisions and poor throws.

Matt Flynn>>Romo:lol:

Romo is a gunslinger type qb after the mold of Favre....The difference is, he's not as good at as Favre was so he get's burned more often.....
I don't believe the Cowboys will ever win anything to talk about as long as Jerry Jones runs the show, he's football cursed for the way he did Mr. Class ,Tom Landry when he took over the team.....
He tried to save face with the fans after he saw the aftermath of what he did but he didn't fool everybody....
He is clearly the problem, whether you believe the curse or not, it ain't the players....just my opinion. :2cents:

That's really what it comes down to. Romo is the convenient scapegoat and the whipping boy for the media and fans, a lot of it deservedly so, but top to bottom there are issues and they all stem back to Jerry. Bad contracts, bad drafts, bad trades, underachieving yes men instead of real coaches, it all adds up.

That is the kind of loss that costs the jobs of an entire régime.

And this is why the Cowboys will stay idle, because that régime should start with Jerry. At some point Dallas fans are going to seriously demand that he sells the team. There is no accountibility because he doesnt hold himself accountable.

Just hire à GM and a VP of football Ops, open up that big wallet and get out of the way.

As funny as it is when the Cowboys suck, the NFC is à little more fun when they are good.

There are some Cowboys' fans that say," ohh we are still the Cowboys look at all the trophies."

When I think of the Cowboys all I think of is recent times, choking EVERY season in the most crucial times.
