Well so much for the new and improved balanced offense...

Scored 2 runs 4 times...

1-for-26 with RISP the last three games. It's amazing they won two of them. 13 men on base yesterday (9 hits, 4 walks), and only scored 1 run. Pathetic clutch hitting right now. Doesn't help when your most clutch hitter is slumping.

Yup i loved fielder but im loving kinsler so far....he makes my fantasy team in the smack talk rooms league have a pretty good DP combo...kinsler and tulo....

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone on this board. I know there have been times when some, if not most, of you wished I would just go away. It appears as if that is going to be the case. I have actually learned a lot about myself from message boards, not all of it good. Thank you for the entertainment and the information that has been shared. I wish each of you well.

I will try to tune in from time to time if I am fortunate enough to be able to and it is possible, although unlikely, that I can make some contributions in the future.

Thanks, Cleaves. I'm not leaving by choice. I got diagnosed with colon cancer in September, 2011. The subsequent treatments left me with a lot of "couch time". I was always somewhat active on the CBS Michigan boards but I started posting more soon after. Now it is time for me to concentrate on other things.

I think the Tigers need to make a move at SS. They would sign Drew tomorrow for his asking price if they didn't have to forfeit a 1st round pick. They are talking to the Red Sox about doing a sign and trade. The Red Sox would sign Drew and send him to the Tigers for a 2nd or 3rd round pick and perhaps a lower level prospect.
