Really one bad inning for JV. All three of his walks in the 4th, gave up two hard hits, and of course the A-Gonz error prolonged the inning.

I didn't see him give an indication either way but that is all on the runner. The ball was right in front of him and he had to know that Gordon can throw.

I went from hooping and hollering in a good way for Nicky, to "What the...", to "Good lord kid!" Real quick. Nobody near me happened to be looking at him rounding first, everyone was looking a Gordon. That seemed Puig-style reckless. But it's all good! (He seemed to get a real heavy diet of curves from where I was.) May be Gordon's easiest assist of te season though. Hahaha, I was absolutely stunned.

From What I saw, he rounded first with his head down......Not sure if he was waved, almost seemed like he made the decision.
