I will be at opening day here in Miami.... 80 degrees for sure... I was at the Tigers/Marlins game last year when they got no hit... I have it on video... along with me yelling at Nick C... who was about 5 feet from me.

I can't believe opening day is here. I think I'm going to follow Sparky's old rule of not judging the team until the 40-game mark. I'm hoping 23-17. That two-game series with the Dodgers could be interesting. I'm still hoping to make it down there but it isn't looking good.

More like what I expected against an RHP starter (Shields).

Ausmus going to make Castellanos work his way up the lineup?

Nick C will likely bat higher vs. LHPs, with Avila being moved down or replaced by Holaday who will bat lower than Nick.

Hell yeah....i doubt ill even watch the games next week....i think this was the hardest loss for me....even more than losing the NC...were better than uconn...just not yesterday.....feel bad for payne and appling

Same here.. I was worried Michigan would lose but they were better than that Kentucky team.. Rebounding and GR 3 did them in.. BTW I think Appling was the biggest dog last night followed by Dawson and GR 3.. If all performed up to their expectations, we have two Michigan teams in the final four easily..

Neither UConn nor MSU shot well. Turnovers killed MSU. 16 for them, to only 6 for UConn. Sloppy, lazy passes followed by people trying to do too much and coughing up the ball.
