Congrats to steven Moya on being named MVP of the AA all star game last nite. Nice couple days for the Tigers. Jake Thompson and Max both picked wins in the futures and all star game in Minnesota along with Moya's efforts last night. Both Thompson and Josh Turley are now in AA as of yesterday.

Looks like Drew VerHagen will start in Saturday's doubleheader, not Robbie Ray. Stats are not overwhelming for Drew: 6-7, 3.67 ERA, 1.29 WHIP. But it looks like he has excellent control. Only 25 walks in 110.1 innings.

was down in Toledo on Sunday and Robbie really stunk up the joint. It is a bit odd going with a righty who has to be added to the 40 man against a lefty dominated Injun lineup. A bit of a head scratcher.
