Calvin Johnson was held out of Wednesday's practice.
Lions coach Jim Schwartz "would not disclose" why Megatron was absent, but there's been no indication he's injured. It's more than likely Johnson is just receiving a maintenance day. His status should be updated shortly.
A few random thoughts on Detroit -
1) Stafford actually threw 4 INT's on Sunday but the 4th one which landed directly in the hands of the defender - was dropped - in the end zone
Stafford threw 3 picks.
He threw another one right in the hands of a defender who dropped it as well.
Ahhh, yeh...exactly what I said - thanks for the paraphrase.
Well, at least he's paraphrasing someone else - I have to paraphrase my own original novels into smaller posts. And when I paraphrase others, my posts are longer than the original. NinerSickness had fewer words than you did.
He also had less drama and fewer details
True. I'm taking the Alex Smith approach now to combat the drama. I used to get into arguments with you like he used to force things to throw picks. I have now decided to post in a way, less assertive in 3rd and longs, and that will likely bring fewer picks. Some may think that I'm not being as assertive and thus just a post manager, but this way the board is still fun for me and less argumentative mess. That's a win, right?

Oh, sorry. I missed your point. I thought you meant he actually threw 4 picks.
The only QB who threw 4 picks was the most overrated player in the NFL.
Brandon Weeden? (JK, I know you are referring to Vick)

Barrows:
Still no Ted Ginn, Brandon Jacobs at 49ers practice. They continue to rehab on a side field.
I thought Williams fielded punts intelligently and confidently - Cut Ginn
