Wonderous things happen when you put a competent front office in place.

Would be news to me. Not trading for him =/= shitting on him. He drafted him...

I believe he was one of....every GM given a call about your boy Peters.....and said no. Given the compensation...yeah....I'd say he shit on him.

Uh, huh. Did everyone shit on Demarious Randall now? Big leap of logic there.

Was Randall offered across the board? I dunno. From what I have heard, Peters was....and everybody turned the turd down....except for the Rams.

Randall is a decent CB. I don't get the Tyrod Taylor trade though. Why get him when there are 4 decent QB's available in the draft?
Because why spend a top tier pick on a guy who may turn out to be decent in 3 years when you can trade for a decent one now AND draft the best RB prospect in a decade or more AND another impact player?

I'm guessing Gute is going after Trumaine or Sherman to replace Randall. Kind of puzzled why he'd trade our best db for a backup qb

I don't know about the free agent thing, but I see several reasons why he did this. Kizer is a second year player, so he can provide competition at backup to Rodgers without the Packers having to spend a draft pick on a qb. Plus they can let Hundley walk as a FA after this season.

They also must think King is ready to roll off the shoulder surgery and can be the #1 corner.

Kizer also has more raw talent than Hundley and maybe with an entire off-season with MM he can be a reliable backup, which is something invaluable, especially after what we saw last season.

I don't necessarily think this means they won't draft a qb at 1 or 4, but I'm with you. Draft Barkley and another impact guy like Fitzpatrick or the OG from Notre Dame and at least build a competent roster.

Itd be different if there was a stud peospsxt in the draft at QB but the fucking peiple ajp get paid to evaluate talent can't even figure out who the best guy is. That means none of them are likely to be any good imo

Rating college QB's is not an exact science.

I think you could probably do the same with a lot of positions. It's worth a shot at the worst to draft Mayfield with the upside he has. Just my two cents. If you truly don't like any of these QB's I sympathize, been there a lot of years as a fan, but I disagree with this.

Randall has talent but he also blows assignments on a regular basis.
