Nope. He earns every bit of criticism I put on him. Every fucking bit.
You are right. He earns it.
Just because he earns it does not mean you have to bury him in criticism.
Yes, I know it's hard to resist.

You have response ability.....

This all started when 1 of the 1st post I ever did was about Brady cutting his hand on Woodheads helmet causing stitches and he called me a liar and to “do my homework “ before I post on here. He’s been a pompous ass from day 1. I don’t forget.

Want the street address? Or would you rather give me yours?
Looks similar to my house except one thing -
I don't have shit for landscaping yet!

I am a retired landscape contractor (among other things)
Why is it the cobblers kids always need new shoes?

That is interesting. I have been considering xeriscaping and just read an article about clover lawns vs grass. The idea that they are very low maintenance, draught tolerant, and pretty insect resistant. Are you at all familiar with clover lawns?

I grew up on a farm and my dad was a carpenter and a carpet/tile/linoleum installer when I was a kid. I went on every job with him and worked the farm every day well into my 20's.

Today I work a desk job and have a pool guy, landscaper, and a handyman that come every week and manage my yard. I don't do SHIT around my house. Sometimes I feel a little lazy but then other times I'm just like "fuck it, let somebody else do it".

The clover lawns in California in the 90's were beautiful. The lawn is often very high so not for everybody. They are extremely drought tolerant once established. I saw them mostly on large commercial properties.

I do not recommend them for people with bee=sting allergies. They attract a lot of bees and you can step on them in the clover.

Below picture is a random clover lawn that looks a lot like what to expect.

Note: Microclover is much more finicky than white clover. It may not grow well in Florida humidity.....

I should actually consider clover for my lawn.
Fire the gardener.
Never fertilize again.
Thumb my nose ate all the bermuda and zoysia lawn in my neighborhood?

Lol. Went to college to get a bachelor and masters to never have to do manual labor.

So what am I doing now that I'm retired? Manual labor around our property (we have acres). Just finished a month long project to completely clear one large section of creek bank that had gotten overgrown.

FYI, never tick off a woman with a pole saw and chain saw

I got a guy who told me as a mechanic he never gets time to work on his vehicle. Which I guess is a good thing

I had 5 tree removed, and a bunch of brushes and crap dug out. The previous owners rented the property and like most tenents, they didn't do a thing. The lawns was completely overgrown with weeds and I had it completely removed. Believe me, it wasn't cheap,

Bought myself a 22 HP Husquvarna to mow the new lawn and it's too heavy to allow the blade to stay mor than two inches from the ground. I'm trying to sell the tractor (4.6 hours of use) and a 10 Cu. Ft utility trailer that attaches. I have a pro doing the lawn for $70 a month. I won't be in the red if I keep the tractor until 2027.
