I guess. But you're still in line for a playoff spot and Foles was able to do it last year. All I'm saying is, I don't think a 9th or 10th round pick is worth just laying down for the last 3 games because that doesn't fix your problem. The Eagles' problems won't be fixed by adding young talent. It's got a lot to do with coaching.

The Foles case is interesting as he can showcase himself these last few games. He can actually buy into free agency by paying back the 2 mil bonus the Eagles gave him this past off season "if" the Eagles pick up his 2nd year option (which I don't see happening).

2018 Eagles aren't winning anything and I'll take any help in the future over nothing gained now. As much as I get on Jim Schwartz, he was dealt a shit hand this year. If he gets more aggressive and the guys off the street starting in the secondary get burnt, then people will be bitching that he blitzed too much.

Better talent can't hurt, and thats what you get at 9 compared to 20. So I'll take that.

Exactly....you just proved the point. The problem is coaching. There are a lot of problems this year that there were not last year. That makes it very unlikely that Foles comes in and does it again. Not to forget....Foles stumbled a good bit to finish last season and then lit up in the playoffs, basically for two games. There are lots of problems this year that make that an unlikelihood.
