I'd be inclined to believe you, but I feel like both offenses are having an off-night. Doesn't look like the pitching is dominating as much as the hitting just sucks. We'll see, nothing would surprise me with these two.
See, now it's at this point that I'd like to pose a question about Gibby. It's times like this (keeping Miley in for 108 pitches) that you can criticize his decisions. But looking a little closer, he's kind of handcuffed. Does he ride the starter, or bring in a sketchy bullpen? Seems like a lot of the situations that he is criticized for, are almost lose-lose situations.
The radio, which program I can't remember, said that we should trade reed because we cant even put ourselves in a position to need a closer. What do you have to say now!!!
