My point is you don't NOT feel bad for someone just because it happens to a lot of people. That's like me saying "Oh, hey so and so has cancer, but millions of other people have suffered from the disease so let's not show any sympathy towards them. It's part of life."

Not comparing cancer and multiple knee injuries by any stretch, but for anyone that has to go through hell and back to get through something to play a sport (or do anything) they love has my respect. Fucking sucks to go through that shit and you should know first hand based off your reply.

i gotcha....you make some very valid points- and theres no doubt i wish him a full and speedy recovery.

shit...all that needs to happen is LeBron to land on someones foot ackwardly and for him to get an ankle sprain that limits him and the whole thing is wide open.

Nothing is guaranteed. Except Dwade getting hurt...

You just never miss an opportunity.....

Wouldn't you get more satisfaction out of beating them full strength?

It probably won't matter to the fans of the Team that wins it all...

But, this is the Season where the injuries are so plentiful that a sub-Championship level squad could win it all.

Bosh, Kobe, Melo, Rose, Durant, Howard, Westbrook, Anthony Davis, Parker, Kawhi.....

Some of those guys wouldn't be in the Mix even if Healthy.

But, all those injuries have placed a cloud over my enjoyment of this Season.

Feel pretty bad for him. I can't imagine how frustrating that must be to go through.

If Wiggy can go through a non-heat related thread and not mentioned the Heat I'll be stunned.

I think your eventual champion is one of 4 teams- Memphis, Cleveland, Golden State or Oklahoma City....all 4 are loaded and it looks like all 4 should be healthy for the playoffs...id add the Spurs there but to me it just doesnt seem like its their year- and i think that matters--- i have a funny feeling that Memphis will come out of the West and they are my pick as of right now to win it all.

i wont sleep on the bulls because they do have 2 allstars still but it will be tough. can brooks defend another teams top PG for most of the game i dont think so but he does have a better shot then rose and he can drive. overall i think they make it to the 2nd rd. maybe rose comes back and ends up being the back up. plays 20 min a game in the playoffs. other bad news for us bulls fans we will have to see more min for hinrich. damn.

D Wade too.

That's why we love them..

And also why they are usually gone to soon.

Rose's moves are so violent and explosive that it's a wonder he's lasted this long.

im not shocked. this is why i said he is a role player. a starting role player. time for bulls to move on. sad news once again. tough being a bulls fan.
He's not just a role player. Here refuses to be a role player. He's either a star or a chucker.

Oh, and get off your high horse, it's not like everybody on the planet didn't know roses knees were weak.

funny coming from a lakers fan. kobe hasnt played a full season in like 3 years either. the difference is bulls still make the playoffs.

A Bull's fan getting all butt hurt because of a meme joke on Rose.

Speaking of making the playoffs in a weak Eastern Conference, when was the last time the Bulls won a championship again? hhhhhmmm!! "98" :pound:

NEXT...........

Guys like Rose, Westbrook, Bledsoe, & etc, are always going to have knee trouble. Quick explosive PG(s) who live at the rim put a lot of stress on their knees.

You just compared D Rose to Westbrook. :nono:

This is why you do not see these guards in the league. Violent is the key. The chicago press was just going nuts, "When Derrick is going to the rim, this is a different team". Well, you asked, you got, NOW WILL YOU FUCKING UNDERSTAND HE CANNOT CONTINUE TO DO THIS???

I agree with Purguy, rose was not the focal point, he is almost not even top 3 on this team anymore. When he was on the floor the team was watching more than cutting.

Jimmy Butler was great without Derrick, almost say better without derrick, but early in the year, Butler was interviewed when derrick was missing games early saying, we cant be worried if he is playing tonite or not, we just have to keep going. Now the entire team knows this.

the only positive for the bulls is at least the rest of the players are not waiting for this to happen anymore

Cant argue that westrbooks quicky route did good enough for him. Dont really know how many times you can continue to go in the same knee without it being all about scar tissue, but this isnt the ACL again, its just a tear. They cut away the tear and it heals and you play again.

The Bear's had Sayers and now Chicago Bull's fans have Rose. Wonder what is in the Chicago sauerkraut that causes weak knees.

You have to wonder if this is it for Rose now. Damn shame.
