I can't believe Alex Smith made it in over John Conner. I would have kept Conner and moved Olson Charles back to TE.

Looking forward to all the tears that are shed when we struggle in short yardage situations.... Conner would have played a critical role on a team that could be very dependent on a running game to pick up first downs.

I can't imagine what more Conner could have done to make the team. He was blowing people out consistently.

Conner should have made it IMO and I'd keep Conner over Pressley too. The offense we want to run doesn't utilize a FB much, but he would have been nice to have in short yardage situations.

Is it possible that Howard could be coming back to replace Lamur? Does anyone know anything about his health? He was the best LBer in pass coverage on the team before his injury.

The team is bringing him in to examine how healthy he is. As of now, nobody really knows where he's at.
