I've not been a fan of Manaea's performance but he was able to minimize the damage yesterday but did put a lot of runners on base.

Players can be straight released. It seems that teams hardly do that these days but it is possible.

I confirmed that it was Matos who was called up (per MLB transaction page). That may be a typo, of course…

I assumed that was correct. I wondered if tzill really saw that it was Ramos in the locker or if he meant Matos.

I understand. I was just confirming my post wasn’t a typo on my part. And KNBR is also reporting that Matos is up. And Matos is in the lineup today.

Bailey’s bat has dried up of late, so maybe we can expect Bart to provide some additional pop? That may be worth it right now…

Bart's bat has heated up in AAA as of late. He's hit .248/.357/.399 in 235 PAs but hit .265/.393/.456 in August.
