Yes looking at the cb list on nfl.com, it is pretty scary to think the pats might have to dip into that pool. When they had Browner and didn't want to pay him what a few million roster bonus, unbelievable . Now if they want to resign him it will cost them more great approach there.

I don't understand the Browner thing. I get that he's a magnet for flags.

Unless there is trade out there we don't know about. Seem New Orleans is selling the farm, anyone over there that we can trade for. LOL. At this point, get a pass rusher and sure up the OL now.

Belichick has always been cautious about spending on CB which makes 2014 so unusual. I think he's going back to developmental players @ CB and IMO he's going to focus on shoring up the lines. Smart money come in late in FA.

Browner only worked with Revi$. Revi$ took away the best WR. It allowed Browner to have help over the top and DMC to roam around the field. That is gone. Both S need to help in coverage and Browner can not cover M2M. I would not pay a CB that amount of $$ to cover a TE, and he even struggled at that.

I agree with getting better on the DL and OL, but not sure who is out there for OL help. I hope they stock the offense with more weapons and load up on Def in the draft. Might have to look for a few CB in this one. There is no one close to Revis being cut in 5 days, wish there were, but nope.

I agree 100%. I was going to say pretty much the same thing with Browner. It still sucks now that Revis is gone that the Patriots let both he and Revis go. I understand the money aspect and all but if they truly wanted or want Browner they royally screwed themselves. Pretty much just shows that both those players were simply rentals in BB and Kraft's minds.
