The Giants kicker should have gotten more games. It was appalling that he only got a one game suspension. In case you didn't follow that situation, the Giants released him and apologized for treating the situation so lightly. He hasn't played in the NFL since.

What is your point about the advisory panel? Peter Harvey and Mary Jo White are both well-respected attorneys with distinguished careers. I like how you'll defend Ezekiel Elliott but you're going to try to sully the reputation of the advisory panel without any basis.

When Elliott and his representatives met with the investigative group in New York on June 26 to discuss the findings, (Peter) Harvey (one of the league consultants in this investigation and former New Jersey attorney general) said the arguments offered "seemed to be theoretical."

"Let me put it to you this way," he said. "Mr. Elliott's representatives argued in a meeting that maybe Ms. Thompson fell down the stairs. There was no witness to say she fell down the stairs, and there were no photographs of her falling down the stairs.

"Mr. Elliott's representatives suggested that maybe because she was a server, what is called bottle service, that maybe she bumped into tables. There was no witness who saw Ms. Thompson bump into tables while serving anything."

Harvey said the maybe defense was expanded to the point where Elliott's representatives even suggested someone else did it without revealing or identifying that person.

I believe what can be proven.

I don't believe in wild speculation and conjecture when one side of this has already lied twice, and there are affidavits and testimony backing that.

My guess is BOTH parties are wrong here......but saying he beat her is a serious accusation......there HAS to be proof. You don't get to ruin someone's name and reputation on speculation. I'll fight that every single time.
