He was the biggest brand name out there with a experience, a ring, and willing to let Jerry be the front man.

I like him better than Garrett.

We shall see.

If he thinks he has a Lamar Jackson at QB and tries to mimic that BAL OFC...you will regret this hire. Dak is not that guy. But if he takes what Dak does well, and expands on it...there is a good chance they are in the playoffs next year.

Never was impressed with McCarthy...and his offensive creativity really nosedived in the last few years. He's better than Garrett, but that's not really saying much. This hire came so quickly, that obviously he was the choice from jump.

McCarthy made the playoffs in 9 out of 13 seasons and has a great coaching record. He's 100 times better than Garrett.
